When children have the opportunities to paint freely, they are at the moment of inspiration. Children experience abundance of thoughts and emotions that gets applied on paper. Their imaginations are endless and colorful. The best part of understanding their creations as well, is by listening to the young artists and asking open ended questions. When looking through the paintings, you can see how the students used the colors, formed shapes, and the use of space throughout the paper. This simply promotes the philosophy of Reggio Emilia Approach.
